Bureaucratic Leadership

Charismatic Leadership

Personality and charm may seem to overlap with Transformational Leadership, but charismatic leadership tends to be seen as less impressive (e.g., not as associated with results and sometimes associated with lack of developed teams where things fall apart when the charismatic leader is no longer present).

Situational Leadership

A theory that asserts leaders adapt their style based on the current situation.  It is difficult to assess leadership adaptability.
